At Next Door Self-Storage we do not require you to have insurance, but have it available for you if you need it. Many times your homeowners or renters insurance cover your items; be sure to check your policy or with your agent. There is no need to purchase this if you are already covered already.

We do have insurance available for you and will be pleased to determine just exactly how much you need and should afford. By the way, insurance for your items while in storage can be as little as $7.00/month.
